At Ivy’s Salsa, we If you paid with cash and wish to return your product, it must be returned on the same day of purchase, unopened with the original receipt. Returns after the same day will not be accepted.
Farmers Market Sales
- No Returns: All sales made at farmers markets are final. We do not accept returns on these items.
- Same-Day Exception: If you paid with cash and wish to return your product, it must be returned on the same day of purchase, unopened, with the original receipt. Returns after the same day will not be accepted.
Shipped Goods
- No Returns: We do not accept returns on any products that have been shipped.
- Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We require photographic evidence of the damage to process your claim.
- Replacement: Upon receiving evidence of the damage, we will gladly ship out a replacement product, one time only. If multiple claims for damaged goods are made, we reserve the right to deny any further replacements.

- Final Sale: All our products are perishable, and as such, all sales are final.
